Short Description: Installation of luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the kitchen, living room, hallway, and bathroom to create a continuous, cohesive surface without unnecessary transitions.
A stairnose will be installed at the top of the basement stairs, along with a proper transition where the new flooring meets the existing tile, for a clean, finished look.
The toilet and pedestal sink will be removed to allow flooring installation underneath, then reinstalled. The washer and dryer will also be disconnected, moved, and reinstalled to ensure full flooring coverage and a consistent finish.
